On April 18, 1775, two lights were hung in Boston's Christ Church tower signaling the British were coming. This symbolic event is for each of us to vision another 250 years of Liberty. Two Lights For Tomorrow signifies our national unity celebrating America's 250th for the next 250 years.

About the event
The Two Lights For Tomorrow Event is our kickoff of more than a year of celebration events for our community to work together by building awareness of the role of Harrison County and Texas in the formation of the nation that ties the past to the present and the future.
We will mark the 250th anniversary with a 30-minute presentation and commemoration re-enactment of Paul Revere's hanging two lanterns just before setting off on horseback warning of the pending arrival of the British. Our lanterns will be lit and hung in our own Historical Harrison County Courthouse and there will be additional history commemorating other Patriots whose horseback rides spread the word throughout the colonies.
Immediately following the presentation and re-enactment, military Veteran and musician Kim Donnette will perform at Telegraph Park until 10 PM.
We encourage everyone to join in America250 by displaying two lights in their windows at…
